Data18 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Agreement

This document sets out the terms governing the use of the data18 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before engaging in any activity on the platform.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the data18 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies provided by the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms is deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users who are under 18 years of age or who are prohibited by local law from using this service are not permitted to register for or use the data18 platform in any capacity.

This platform operates entirely online and is designed for users in Malaysia. Access from outside Malaysia is subject to the laws and regulations of the user's respective jurisdiction.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the data18 platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you have authorised it.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the data18 support team immediately at [email protected]. The platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to report unauthorised access within a reasonable time.

User eligibility requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
  • Be residing in or accessing the platform from Malaysia
  • Not be subject to any legal prohibition that prevents you from using this service
  • Register in your own name and not on behalf of a third party

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

All data18 platform users are required to comply with the platform's rules and guidelines at all times. Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as appropriate legal action:

  • Fraud and manipulation — including the use of automated software (bots), hacking techniques, or any method intended to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
  • Identity fraud — registering using another person's identity or falsified information.
  • Money laundering — using the platform for money laundering or any unauthorised transfer of funds.
  • Bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of promotional offers through multiple accounts or other fraudulent means.
  • System Interference — any attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems and servers.

The platform reserves the right to monitor user activity to detect any breach of these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts without prior notice in cases of fraud or serious violations.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information

All transactions on the data18 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX and approved digital wallets.

Deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and the user's account status. All deposits are subject to identity verification (KYC), which may be required prior to processing. The platform reserves the right to hold deposits until the verification process is complete.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the platform account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen method and the time the request is submitted.

The platform reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Any suspicion of fraudulent activity may result in a withdrawal being placed on hold pending investigation. Funds in accounts closed due to fraud or breach of terms will not be returned.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers and promotions provided by data18 are subject to their own wagering requirements and terms of use. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used in accordance with the specified conditions before any winnings derived from those credits become eligible for withdrawal. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

Platform liability limit

The data18 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The platform makes no guarantee that its services will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss at all times. Under no circumstances shall the platform's liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The platform is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions beyond the platform's control.

Intellectual property

All content on the data18 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written consent.

Third-party links and services

The platform may display links to or integrate third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. data18 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Users who engage with third-party services do so at their own risk.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law

Account suspension and closure

Data18 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, failure to complete the identity verification process, or at the user's own request. In cases where an account is closed at the user's request, any valid credit balance will be refunded once the verification process is complete.

Users who wish to close their account may contact the support team via email. The platform will process closure requests within seven (7) business days.

Amendments to Terms

Data18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any published changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
